Soldier - Become a Hoplite! See the world! Witness the effects of primitive medecine first-hand!
Scholar - Socrates, Pluto, Aristotle, etc.
Statesman - Be the next Peraclies (or the first!)
Slave - Do What You're Told To Do.
Althlete - Like soldiering, but a bit less dangerous.
Witch - Stygian or otherwise.
Cyclops - A titan trying to make his way in the big city of Athens. (Better wear a mask or a fake eye, fella.)
Satyr - Goat-footed imp who's handy with the pipes and the ladies.
Half-God - Hercules is your model here.
Full-God - Not sure if the GM would approve this one. Most gods should probably be NPCs.
Minotaur - You found your way out of the labyrinth and you're ready to start a new life.
Inventor - Daedelus is your idol. You can make functional waxwork-wings with the best of them.
Nymph - Mermaid or land-walker.
