This is an UNO variant that was developed in the breeding grounds and fighting pits of the Game Club at the ITT Muray campus. It's proven to be one of the most popular games there, and with good reason: In addition to inducing psychosis, it's also fun. (Good ol' endorphin-producing fun.)
The standard rules of UNO are used, with some additional house rules designed to increase the overall chaos. Most of these are ones that I found were in common use in lots of UNO variants described on the Web. Some were included in the "UNO House Rules" edition of the cards. Still others are ones we cooked up ourselves.
Abbreviated Rules for the impatient. Also makes a great handout / flyer.
Unabridged Rules for the detail-oriented. Addresses all the edge-cases and corner-cases that might emerge when all the rules combine together.
